RTTN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTTN mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,423 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLNB, RYR3, and ZFHX4. Each is linked with RTTN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTTN-to-partner and partner-to-RTTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FLNB grouped by RTTN-low versus RTTN-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
