RTRAFP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTRAFP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,634 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTRAFP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DYNC2H1, EFHC2, and FANCD2_S1435. Each is linked with RTRAFP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTRAFP2-to-partner and partner-to-RTRAFP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTRAFP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTRAFP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
