Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RTRAF Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RTRAF data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher RTRAF Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RTRAF expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KICH, ESCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where RTRAF Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
