RTRAF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTRAF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,786 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTRAF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP3, GNPNAT1, and WDHD1. Each is linked with RTRAF in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTRAF-to-partner and partner-to-RTRAF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTRAF versus FKBP3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTRAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTRAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
