Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTRAF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,912 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTRAF-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOD2, FPR2, and FCAR. Each is linked with RTRAF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTRAF-to-partner and partner-to-RTRAF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTRAF versus SOD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTRAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTRAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
