Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTRAF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,738 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTRAF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial tRNA methylation, Protein farnesylation, and Monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination. Each is linked with RTRAF in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTRAF-to-partner and partner-to-RTRAF results are reported.
