Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RTP5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RTP5 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RTP5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RTP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
BLCA, LIHC, and LGG are the cancer types where RTP5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
