RTP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,539 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IL16, CD8A, and DOCK8. Each is linked with RTP5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTP5-to-partner and partner-to-RTP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
