RTP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTP3 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Megakaryocytes and Class-switched memory B-cells. Each is linked with RTP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTP3-to-partner and partner-to-RTP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Megakaryocytes grouped by RTP3-low versus RTP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
