RTP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,655 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC2, LTF, and PDCD1LG2. Each is linked with RTP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTP3-to-partner and partner-to-RTP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTP3 versus LRRC2 in CNS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
