Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RTP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RTP2 data layer compared with 12 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RTP2 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RTP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.

BLCA, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where RTP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
