The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RTP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RTP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and BLCA are the cancer types where RTP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
