Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,078 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transport along microtubule, Developmental cell growth, and Regulation of microtubule polymerization or depolymerization. Each is linked with RTP1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTP1-to-partner and partner-to-RTP1 results are reported.
