Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 658 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR502, PGAM1P13, and CLDND2. Each is linked with RTP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTP1-to-partner and partner-to-RTP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR502 grouped by RTP1-low versus RTP1-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
