Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, MIG-6, and eEF2. Each is linked with RTP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTP1-to-partner and partner-to-RTP1 results are reported.
