Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 130 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNDC15, ZNF644, and PRDM7. Each is linked with RTP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTP1-to-partner and partner-to-RTP1 results are reported.
