Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RTN4RL2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RTN4RL2 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher RTN4RL2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RTN4RL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
MESO are the cancer types where RTN4RL2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
