RTN4RL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTN4RL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,125 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTN4RL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PITPNA, EVI5L, and SMYD4. Each is linked with RTN4RL1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTN4RL1-to-partner and partner-to-RTN4RL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTN4RL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTN4RL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
