Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RTN4R Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RTN4R data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher RTN4R Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RTN4R expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

PAAD, ACC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RTN4R Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
