Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTN4IP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTN4IP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECE2, TKTL2, and NEXMIF. Each is linked with RTN4IP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTN4IP1-to-partner and partner-to-RTN4IP1 results are reported.
