RTN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,234 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTN4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A10, SEC11C, and MAP1A. Each is linked with RTN4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTN4-to-partner and partner-to-RTN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTN4 versus S100A10 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
