Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,919 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC24A2, JCAD, and SYNC. Each is linked with RTN4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTN4-to-partner and partner-to-RTN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTN4 versus SLC24A2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
