RTN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,531 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPD3, OTUD3, and ZNF850. Each is linked with RTN4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTN4-to-partner and partner-to-RTN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCAPD3 grouped by RTN4-low versus RTN4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
