Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTN4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, FoxM1, and MEK1. Each is linked with RTN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTN4-to-partner and partner-to-RTN4 results are reported.
