RTN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,403 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OSBP, MARK2, and GDE1. Each is linked with RTN3 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTN3-to-partner and partner-to-RTN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTN3 versus OSBP in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
