RTN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,365 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPSF7, NAA40, and RSF1. Each is linked with RTN3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTN3-to-partner and partner-to-RTN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTN3 versus CPSF7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
