RTN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,266 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD5-12, RN7SL134P, and CACYBP. Each is linked with RTN3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTN3-to-partner and partner-to-RTN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD5-12 grouped by RTN3-low versus RTN3-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
