RTN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP6-3, GUCA2B, and SLC38A8. Each is linked with RTN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTN3-to-partner and partner-to-RTN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP6-3 grouped by RTN3-low versus RTN3-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
