Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,904 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, GREM1, and ASB2. Each is linked with RTN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTN2-to-partner and partner-to-RTN2 results are reported.
