RTL9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTL9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,869 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTL9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RRM2, NCAPH2, and SARS1. Each is linked with RTL9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL9-to-partner and partner-to-RTL9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RRM2 grouped by RTL9-low versus RTL9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
