The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RTL8B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RTL8B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LGG, and LIHC are the cancer types where RTL8B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
