RTL8A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTL8A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,760 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTL8A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL4B, YWHAQ, and NKRF. Each is linked with RTL8A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL8A-to-partner and partner-to-RTL8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
