Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,487 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTL6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATXN10, MORC2, and SAMSN1. Each is linked with RTL6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL6-to-partner and partner-to-RTL6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
