Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTL6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, INPP4B, and Mre11. Each is linked with RTL6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL6-to-partner and partner-to-RTL6 results are reported.
