Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTL6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYZL2, OR13H1, and C14orf177. Each is linked with RTL6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL6-to-partner and partner-to-RTL6 results are reported.
