The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RTL5 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RTL5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, BLCA, and HNSC are the cancer types where RTL5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
