Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,294 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are NHSL2, DCHS1, and C20orf194. Each is linked with RTL5 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL5-to-partner and partner-to-RTL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTL5 versus NHSL2 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
