Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,199 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTL5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of macroautophagy, Cytoplasmic translation, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with RTL5 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL5-to-partner and partner-to-RTL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of macroautophagy grouped by RTL5-low versus RTL5-high in STOMACH.
