RTL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTL4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, p53, and NF2. Each is linked with RTL4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL4-to-partner and partner-to-RTL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
