RTL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTL4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 187 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP10-7, KCNA4, and ACCSL. Each is linked with RTL4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL4-to-partner and partner-to-RTL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
