Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RTL10 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RTL10 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher RTL10 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RTL10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
GBM and LUAD are the cancer types where RTL10 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
