RTKN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTKN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,433 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTKN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRSF10, DDX46, and EDRF1. Each is linked with RTKN2 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTKN2-to-partner and partner-to-RTKN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTKN2 versus SRSF10 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTKN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTKN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
