RTKN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTKN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,684 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTKN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TACC3, CDC20_T70, and CDK1. Each is linked with RTKN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTKN2-to-partner and partner-to-RTKN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTKN2 versus TACC3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTKN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTKN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
