Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTKN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,911 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTKN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RS1, RGCC, and PRX. Each is linked with RTKN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTKN2-to-partner and partner-to-RTKN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTKN2 versus RS1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTKN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTKN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
