RTKN2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTKN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTKN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, 4E-BP1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with RTKN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTKN2-to-partner and partner-to-RTKN2 results are reported.
