Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RTKN mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RTKN data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher RTKN mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RTKN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LSCC show a favorable association.

GBM, LUAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where RTKN mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
