RTKN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTKN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,673 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTKN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPLL, ZFR, and WDR5. Each is linked with RTKN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTKN-to-partner and partner-to-RTKN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTKN versus HNRNPLL in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTKN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTKN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
