RTKN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTKN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,260 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTKN-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMAP1, FAM136A, and IMMT. Each is linked with RTKN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTKN-to-partner and partner-to-RTKN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTKN versus GIMAP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTKN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTKN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
