Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTKN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,957 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTKN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-537P, RNVU1-33, and MTND5P8. Each is linked with RTKN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTKN-to-partner and partner-to-RTKN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-537P grouped by RTKN-low versus RTKN-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTKN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTKN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
