RTKN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTKN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,629 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTKN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAMSAP3, CRB3, and HOOK1. Each is linked with RTKN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTKN-to-partner and partner-to-RTKN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTKN versus CAMSAP3 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTKN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTKN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
